HTC Magic available in Australia

Mobile operators Vodafone and Hutchinson/3 are now offering the HTC Magic phone in Australia. Three customers on the $99 cap can take it home for free on a 24 month commitment, while Vodafone goes one better by offering the handset for free with the $69 cap over 24 months. Read on for more.

HTC to offer Sense UI upgrade for Magic

HTC`s customised Sense UI blew us away when it was released on the Hero build we saw a couple of months ago. Now HTC have come forward and announced that it will be available for download on the Magic handset for a small fee or for no charge. Hardware wise, the Hero and the Magic are almost identical, ignoring the Hero`s 5megapixel camera and (for some US carrier specific models) some extra ram, so we know that it will run.
